The keys to understanding compensation

Let’s call it the way it is, compensation packages tend to make or break deals for all healthcare assignments.  At Zack Group, we are here to explain the in’s and out’s of each potential assignment and the monetary value associated with  them.  It is easy to compare apples to apples but in this industry, comparing apples to oranges is a little harder.  Your compensation is based on location, specialty, shift and benefits.  We have been known to ‘tell it the way it is’ and we will continue to be a trusted source when understanding your compensation package.

Everyone loves extra money, especially money that is very easy to earn.  Referring fellow healthcare professionals can lead to hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a year in your back pocket.  At Zack Group, we will pay up to $1,500 for a referral on qualified assignments.  On average, our referring nurses make $750 per referral and these get paid out in one lump sum or over the term of the referrals assignment.

We will always try and work with you in negotiating a fair compensation package.  And to help boost your income, your conversations with another nurse can go a long way.  When you recommend a nurse to us, we will take care of you.  We offer:
